Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in Rosslyn Coffee's digital presence, coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting operational excellence. This multifaceted role combines content creation, social media management, e-commerce, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coffee culture and brand storytelling. This role will work closely with both the CEO/Commercial Director & Brand Directors.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Create content for Rosslyn that can be used across social media platforms, website, app & in-shop
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity
  • Execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations
  • Monitor analytics and optimise performance
  • Engage with our community and manage user-generated content


Product & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate from start-to-end on marketing initiatives projects
  • Coordinate contractors and manage timelines on asset deliverables
  • Collaborate across teams to support business objectives
  • Maintain digital asset libraries


E-commerce & Customer Communications

  • Develop email campaigns and automated customer journeys
  • Manage platforms such as app, website and e-commerce platforms
  • Handle guests inquiries across channels (email, google reviews, socials)


Events & Internal Communications

  • Support marketing of events, pop-ups, and new site openings
  • Contribute to internal newsletters and team communications
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity


Essential Skills & Qualifications


Professional Experience

  • 2+ years in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or communications
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
  • Campaign management and project coordination experience
  • Hospitality and Coffee brand background preferred


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut
  • Email marketing platforms: Google, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
